What should I wear for my first class?
For your first trial class, comfortable athletic wear like a t-shirt and shorts/leggings is perfect. If you have a BJJ Gi, feel free to bring it.
Do I need any previous experience?
Not at all. Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels, especially beginners. Coach Mitch ensures a safe and structured environment for everyone.

Where is the gym located?
Genesis Jiu Jitsu is located at 1042 Bannockburn - Shelford Road, Teesdale, Victoria 3328. Look for the sign at the entrance.
